Author Guidelines

The *Revista Ecuatoriana de Desarrollo Social y Ambiental* (REDSA) accepts manuscripts concerning social development, environmental sustainability, educational sciences, public health, and multidisciplinary studies aligned with its aims and scope.

Original articles, systematic reviews, literature reviews, case studies, and academic essays are accepted. The manuscript structure must correspond to the article type. Original articles must include an introduction, methodology, results, discussion, and conclusions; systematic reviews must describe the search, selection, and analysis of sources in a reproducible manner.

The manuscript must include a title, an abstract of 150 to 250 words, and five to eight keywords, along with their corresponding English versions. Citations and references must follow APA style (7th edition). All references must be verified and include a DOI or link where applicable.

To facilitate double-blind peer review, please submit a main file free of names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or any other information that could identify the authors. Provide these details in the system's fields and, where appropriate, in a separate file.

Authors must declare funding sources, potential conflicts of interest, ethical clearances, and the use of artificial intelligence tools. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the content, the originality of the work, and obtaining necessary permissions to use third-party materials.

There is no submission fee. Any publication charges apply only after editorial acceptance, in accordance with the current fee policy. Please consult the journal's full guidelines and policies before submitting.
